• Upon initiating a transaction, you enter into a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner.
• You agree to pay charges associated with availing our Services.
• You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner and its representatives against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
• We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
